The exhibition De Toute Éternité pays tribute to the expedition led by biologist Jean Lemire and his crew who sailed aboard the oceanographic vessel Sedna IV TO REACH Antarctica. The expedition aimed at documenting the effect of climate change on the Antarctic peninsula.

October 2013: Artistic discovery at the Gallery 1040! «Initially trained in fashion design and having completed a BA in art history from lʼUniversité du Québec à Montréal in 2013, the artist Liliane Keeler recently presented an exhibition which pays tribute to the expedition in Antarctica led by biologist Jean Lemire and his crew. A series of interesting works of art that manage to capture both the spectacular landscape as well as the individualʼs inner experience. ʻAn experience of eternity in timeʼ according to the artist.
